Members of the Rammstein fan club “LIFAD” will have the opportunity to purchase tickets during an exclusive presale from Tuesday, 06.09.2022 10 am until Wednesday, 07.09.2022, 10:00 am. A LIFAD membership subscription will still be possible within this period to access the fan club presale. As this is a limited LIFAD ticket contingent, there is no guarantee that every LIFAD member will be able to obtain tickets in the fan club presale.

The tickets are personalized, which means that the name of each visitor must be filled out
at the time of purchase and will be printed on the tickets. The name will be recorded during the order process and must match the identity card which has to be provided by each visitor upon admission.
Personalization means that tickets for events are linked to people. In visitor personalization, the name of the visitor is recorded for each individual ticket.
Tickets for Rammstein are sold exclusively with visitor personalization. This means that each ticket is tied to a specific person,
who is the holder of the visitation right; only the visitor on the ticket will be granted admission to the event. In addition, there is a purchase limit of a maximum of 4 tickets per customer. The personalization and limitation of tickets is done for reasons of fairness and to avoid a secondary market, where tickets are often offered at inflated prices. This special and deliberate regulation of presale should give as many fans as possible the opportunity to buy tickets at fair prices.
Please keep the first and last names of all the people for whom tickets will be purchased at hand. These names must be entered during the buying process. In the course of the purchase process you will: accept the terms and conditions of ticket sellers, accept the personalization terms and conditions of the organizer, confirm that you are permitted to personalize the tickets in the name of others.

Entrances to all sectors (Wheelchair visitors with an escort - platform in front of grandstand E, Standing, Feuerzone and all grandstands/seats) on the OPATOVCE side are allocated for visitors arriving by cars and motorcycles who have pre-purchased parking tickets.
Entrances to all sectors (Wheelchair visitors with an escort - platform in front of grandstand E, Standing, Feuerzone and all grandstands/seats) on the NOZDRKOVCE side are allocated for: pedestrian visitors, visitors arriving on scooters and bicycles, visitors arriving by bus, taxi, and shuttle transport.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CONCERT VISITORS!DUE TO THE ONGOING RECONSTRUCTION OF THE BRIDGES NEAR TRENČÍN, THERE IS CURRENTLY COMPLETE CLOSURE OF ROAD I/9! Due to the emergency closure of the bridges in the immediate vicinity of the event, delays must be expected when entering the concert and after it ends. To create the smoothest possible flow of traffic, we cooperate with The Slovak Police Force, which will regulate traffic entering/leaving the city of Trenčín via detour routes.
Arrive at the concert well in advance!
Due to the situation, traffic queues and significant delays should be expected. We therefore recommend that all drivers come to Trenčín in the morning hours, or well in advance! There will be a Mix zone available for visitors from 12:00 am with refreshments and a food courtzone.

One of the possibilities to avoid traffic queues is the option of using train transport. In cooperation with the train carrier ZSSK, train transport will also be strengthened with the maximum possible increase of train capacity. You can buy tickets here
A shuttle service will be provided for concert visitors, which will run at regular intervals between the train/bus station and Trenčín airport. The intervals will be affected by the current traffic throughput.
A storage space for bicycles and scooters with the possibility of locking them will also be reserved for visitors. The reserved space will be located at the entrance gate from the Nozdrkovka side. We recommend locking bicycles and scooters with your own lock, as the space will not be guarded.
For visitors of the Rammstein concert, a paid parking lot located in a designated area next to the airport from the OPATOVCE side will be available from 9:00 am. Parking will be subject to a valid parking ticket, which you can purchase here PARKING TICKETS WILL NOT BE SOLD DURING THE SHOW DAY/AT THE VENUE!

Drivers coming from western Slovakia (BA, NR region) - head to the D1 Lúka crossroad (exit 95) and then follow road II/507 to Trenčianske Stankoviece and then follow road I/9 to the Veľké Bierovce.
Drivers coming from the northern Slovakia (ZA region), from eastern Slovakia (PO, KE region), from the northern Czech Republic (Moravia) and Poland - head to the D1 crossroad Nové Mesto nad Váhom (exit 106) and then follow road II/515 and then II/507 to Trenčianske Stankoviece and then along road I/9 to the Veľké Bierovce.
Drivers heading from central Slovakia and southern Slovakia (BB region, KE region) - head to road I/9 and then to the Veľké Bierovce.
Due to ongoing renovations, delays should be expected even after the concert. Visitors can stay/wait in the visitor/mix zone, which remains open until 4:00 am.
We ask all fans and visitors of the Rammstein concert for patience and understanding. Together with our partners, we will do everything to minimize the problems with the current situation. We believe that you will enjoy the concert despite the resulting traffic situation.
Visitors of the event are obliged to respect the promoter's safety instructions. When entering the venue, every visitor must undergo an ID check with the valid ticket and security search, during which all prohibited items will be taken from the visitors. Reinforced security forces will be prepared at the venue, which will be helpful in ensuring a smooth running of the event.
During the event, all visitors are strictly prohibited from taking photos and filming with professional equipment. Visitors with a camera with a lens and video cameras will not be allowed to enter the event or will have these devices confiscated. The promoter is not responsible for devices taken in this way, their storage, theft, or any other damage caused to them. The visitor can leave professional equipment in the paid bag depository.
Emergency vehicles and medical personnel in clearly marked uniforms will be prepared at the venue, ready to help in case of health complications of the visitors.
2 box offices will be available for visitors of the event,to check problem tickets and re-personalize tickets for a fee.One will be located at the entrances from the Opatovce side and the other at the entrances from the Nozdrkovce side. The box offices will be open during show day (14th June 2023 - Wednesday) from 12:00 am to 10:00 pm.
2 paid bag depositories will be available for event visitors, which will be located on the Opatovce side and Nozdrkovce side near entrances. Due to safety reasons visitors must open their bags for inspection before leaving it in the bag depository.
Enoughrefreshments and food court zone will be available for visitors of the event from 12:00 am. Payment will be possible by credit card or in cash.
Enough social facilities will be available for event visitors as well as separate social facilities for wheelchair visitors from 12:00 am.
4 stands with merch will be available for visitors to the event. 2 stands will be in the visitor/mix zone, which will be open on show day (14th June 2023) from 12:00 am for visitors with a valid ticket. The other 2 stands will be located on the sides of the grandstands for seating and will be openon show day (14th June 2023)from 4:00 pm for visitors with a valid ticket.
The event will be held in any weather unless the meteorological conditions objectively threatenthe event and the health of the visitors. Therefore, in the case of rain, we ask visitors to have raincoats, as entry with an umbrella will be prohibited for safety reasons.
All visitors are strongly advised to arrive at the venue on time so that they can take their place before the event starts. Visitors of the event are obliged to respect the promoter’s instructions. Entry to the venue is only possible with a valid ticket. The valid ticket allows one-time entry only to the event. Navigation boards and displays will be placed around the venue, and navigation will also be provided by designated employees of the organizing service. Trencin Airportis monitored by a camera system. All incidents will be captured by cameras and immediately evaluated by security forces.
